 Welcome to the 4th Annual Rock Island 5 Miler!
This is the first run in the Tennessee State Park Running Tour (20 races total). The winner of this race has gone on to be champion of the tour the last two seasons. This may be the most challenging 5 mile run you've ever run! It starts with the infamous "Sandbar hill", then goes to 3 miles of scenic road, with a 2 mile stretch of "real" trail in a heavily wooded area. You will wear your shirt like a medal! Awards in 5 year brackets, food, and a "tuff" run you'll be proud to have run. This is not a certified course.
There will be race day registration.
$6 preregistration without shirt
$20 preregistration with Dri-fit long sleeve shirt (thru 9/27/2012 or mailed by 9/25/2012)
$13 raceday without shirt
