Swim 1: Waist-deep start. 400 meter open water swim in a 1-loop triangle marked with 2 large red turn buoys. 1 or 2 waves depending on the field size.
Run: 3 mile out and back run using a mix of road and trail system within Harris Lake County Park.
Swim 2: 400 meter open water swim in an out and back 1-loop triangle marked with 2 large red turn buoys.
