The American Red Cross has partnered with the Fire Museum to help spread the message of fire safety and prevention as well as raise awareness that home fires are the number one disaster we face at the American Red Cross. We responded to 785 fire cases last year, assisting over 3,000 individuals - double the number of fires in cities twice our size!
Show your support for the American Red Cross and our humanitarian mission by participating in the 2010 Run for the Red 5k at the Memphis Fire Museum. Stick around after the race (and invite your less athletically-inclined friends to join you) for the after party, as we STOP, DROP and (rock ‘n) ROLL at the Fire Museum. |
