 Can you run the Tallahatchie?
We absorb the online registration processing fee! Royal Blue TECH shirt for first 500 5k Runners. All pre registered 5K and Fun Run runners will receive a shirt. However, to be guaranteed a tech shirt in your size, please register by early. Colored cotton t-shirt for Fun Run Runners. Shirts are not guaranteed for race day registrants.
Join us for a fun 5k race/walk (with a few hills!) winding through the streets of historic downtown New Albany and peaceful residential areas! There will be a 1/2 Mile Fun Run for ages 10 and under (Under 6 must be accompanied by an Adult) starting at 8:00am at 133 EAST BANKHEAD (BNA.) Then the 5K will start at 8:30am at the Tallahatchie River Bridge.
Top Three Overall Male / Female Awards, Master, GrandMaster and awards three deep in each age group. Great Race! Great Refreshments! Great Shirt! Great Awards!
Race Packets will be available for pick up on THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND FRIDAY prior to the race at BNA Bank (133 East Bankhead Street). Race packets will also be available for pick-up on race day BEFORE 8:00 A.M.
****NEW CHRONOTRACK D-TAG SYSTEM THIS YEAR*****
Attention! The Chronontrack D-TAG System is being used to time our race! In order to receive accurate timing results, be sure to follow the instructions attached to your D-TAG. Your D-TAG, instructions and race number will be in your race packet! DO NOT LOSE IT.
